Jasper den Dulkis the founder of Cap D’Or International. Over 25 years ago he saw his father struggle starting a company in Spain. He was confronted with many problems, due to language skills and knowledge about doing Business in Spain.
One of the goals of Cap D’Or International is saving you all this trouble. U will not have to learn your lesson; we have already done that for you. We want our clients to have a carefree existence in the “Costas”. That is the best way of advertising and we will do everything possible to achieve that. We will help you with the financing of your house and will put you where there will be no language issues! When needed, we will take care of your insurances and all other subjects of importance when building your dream house in Spain.
Gert van Stralen has studied Dutch real estate, after a retail and marketing education. After working for several years as an agent and a salesman in the construction business, he started a real estate agency in Amersfoort, Netherlands. He has lived in Spain for a year and learned all about the in’s and out’s of real estate. In the Costa Blanca he has worked as mortgage broker for Dutch people buying property abroad. Back in the Netherlands he is now representing Cap D’Or Netherlands in order to inform people well before they go to Spain to look for properties. |
