Overseas Property Link is the International arm of Conceptos Estates, a young dynamic company founded in 1998 by a local husband & wife team. The company offered properties and construction to discerning clients that came to this beautiful artistic town of Altea (Alicante) This historical town is famous for its light, high quality local and international cuisine situated on the stunning Northern Costa Blanca coast.
In 2002 the new management realised the huge potential with the three offices & showroom operation and negotiated a complete buy out. Just a few years on, the company has added offices in the UK and Benissa (Alicante). The offices employ friendly multi-lingual staff with expertise on all types of property, including investment land of various sizes from single home plots to medium sized developments and urbanisations, hotels and commercial units; individual home construction and off-plan investment property. |
